Both extend the block editor instead of replacing it with their own builder, and both have a free version to try first. Stackable is the cheaper entry but covers a single site, and its lifetime price is close to four years of its own yearly plan. Spectra Pro covers three sites and comes from a vendor with a large user base — its current price, however, is a discount on the regular one and may go back up.
