User Registration & Membership Pro

User Registration & Membership Pro costs $299 once for 1 site. The annual plan costs $99 a year, so the lifetime license pays for itself after 37 months. Over five years you save $196 compared with renewing every year.

Yes, if you want registration forms and paid memberships in one plugin and plan to run the site for several years. The User Registration & Membership Pro lifetime deal includes updates for life in every lifetime tier, so you avoid paying for a form builder and a membership plugin separately every year.

Check two things first. The pricing page does not state how long support runs for lifetime plans, so ask the vendor if that matters to you. And content drip, team memberships and multiple memberships per user need the Plus tier or higher, so pick the tier by features, not only by site count: 1 site for $299, 5 sites for $699, unlimited sites for $999. The refund window is 14 days. Prices were checked on Oct 4, 2026.

The free User Registration plugin on wordpress.org has 50,000+ active installs and has been listed since 2017. It gives you a drag and drop builder for registration and login forms, so you can test the editor before you pay.

Pro adds the membership side: free, paid and recurring memberships with groups and upgrades, content restriction by role, plan, registration date or form field, a members directory and coupons. It also brings more fields and templates, social login, two-factor authentication, spam protection and integrations with WooCommerce, LearnDash and Zapier.

Many sites combine a form plugin with a separate membership plugin and pay a yearly fee for each. Here both jobs sit in one plugin, and the lifetime license replaces the yearly plan with one payment and lifetime updates. The tiers for 5 and unlimited sites suit agencies that build member areas for clients.

You keep the free plugin installed, add Pro from your account and activate it with your license key. Build your registration form from one of the templates, create a membership plan and connect payments. Then set content rules and test sign up, login and access with a test account.
