Our take

Last reviewed Sep 16, 2026

The prices are close, the licenses are not. LatePoint puts every feature into every tier, so the entry license is the full product. Amelia keeps packages, cart, refunds, the mobile app and the REST API for its larger lifetime tiers — the entry tier is genuinely smaller. Amelia handles events as well as appointments, which LatePoint does not.

Take Amelia if …

Melograno Venture Studio

Take Amelia if you sell events as well as appointments and can live with the smaller entry tier.

Take LatePoint if …

LatePoint LLC

Take LatePoint if you want the complete feature set at the entry price and mainly book appointments.

This is our opinion, not a test result

We compare the figures the vendors publish — price, license, term. We do not run the plugins through a lab. Where we say “take this one”, that is an editorial judgement based on those figures and on what each product says it does. Advertising never buys a verdict: ads are marked as ads, and no vendor can pay to win a duel.
