WP Adminify Pro: annual plan vs. lifetime

What the annual plan has cost by the end of each year, against the one-time price.

Compared with the $47.40/year plan, it pays for itself after 27 months and saves $133.80 over five years.

Total cost of the annual plan compared with the lifetime price
PeriodAnnual plan, totalLifetimeDifference
Year 1$47.40$103.20Lifetime costs $55.80 more
Year 2$94.80$103.20Lifetime costs $8.40 more

Year 4$189.60$103.20You save $86.40
Year 5$237$103.20You save $133.80

Is the WP Adminify Pro lifetime deal worth it?

WP Adminify Pro costs $103.20 once for 1 site. The annual plan costs $47.40 a year, so the lifetime license pays for itself after 27 months. Over five years you save $133.80 compared with renewing every year.

The WP Adminify Pro lifetime deal is worth it if you run your own site for years and want a cleaner backend without stacking several admin plugins. It pays off once the plugin replaces two or three single purpose admin plugins you would otherwise keep updating, and updates and support are included for life. Right now the price is 20% below the regular price.

It pays off less if you only want to hide a few admin notices, which free tools can do. If you look after client sites, check the larger lifetime tiers: the Personal plan leaves out multisite, the client ready dashboard and removing the plugin branding. You have 14 days to ask for a refund.

WP Adminify free vs. WP Adminify Pro

The free WP Adminify plugin on wordpress.org gives you a first look at the new admin interface and the basic modules. It is a good way to see whether the restyled backend suits you and your editors before you pay.

WP Adminify Pro adds the deeper tools: a menu editor with search and several menu styles, custom dashboard and welcome widgets, custom admin columns and admin pages, scheduled dark mode, media folders, drag and drop post ordering and a custom login URL. Your settings carry over when you upgrade.

WP Adminify lifetime license instead of a yearly plan

Admin tweaks tend to stay on a site for as long as the site runs, so a yearly fee keeps coming back for something you set up once. The lifetime license replaces that with one payment and keeps updates and support running.

Lifetime tiers go from 1 site over 5, 200 and 1,000 sites up to unlimited sites, so you can pick the size that fits your projects. The tier table on this page shows the current prices.

Custom WordPress admin dashboard: what happens after you buy

You install the plugin, activate your license and switch on only the modules you need. Plan some time for the first setup: there are many modules, and it is easier to turn them on one by one than all at once.

WP Adminify Pro pros and cons

  • Lifetime updates and support at a low entry price
  • Free version on wordpress.org to try the basics

Cons

  • Personal excludes multisite, the client-ready dashboard and removing the WP Adminify branding
  • The reduced price is a promotional discount; at the regular price the Personal lifetime plan costs more
  • The many modules take a while to set up

WP Adminify Pro features

  • Admin menu editor with search and several menu styles
  • Custom dashboard and welcome widgets
  • Custom admin columns and admin pages
  • Hide admin notices and control screen options
  • Scheduled dark mode and color presets
  • Media folders, drag-and-drop post ordering and a custom login URL

WP Adminify Pro: Custom WordPress admin dashboard

WP Adminify replaces the default look of the WordPress admin with its own interface and bundles many small backend tweaks in one plugin.

You reorder and restyle the admin menu, add custom dashboard and welcome widgets, build admin pages and columns, hide admin notices and schedule a dark mode. The Personal lifetime plan covers one site and includes lifetime updates and support.

License: Personal lifetime plan: one-time payment for 1 site with lifetime updates and lifetime support. Lifetime tiers for 5, 200, 1,000 and unlimited sites are also available.

Our catalog lists 11 admin and dashboard deals with a one-time price, from all-in-one toolkits such as Admin and Site Enhancements Pro and WP Adminify Pro to focused tools for roles, the toolbar and the login screen. A fake Black Friday discount costs you more than it saves: the sale price is measured against an inflated list price, or it only covers the first year of a subscription. This guide shows how to check a WordPress Black Friday price against the regular one, when the sales start and which lifetime deals pay for themselves fastest. The current offers themselves are on our WordPress Black Friday deals 2026 page, every price taken from the vendor’s own site with the date we checked it.

Lifetime License vs Subscription: When Does a WordPress Plugin Pay Off?

Lifetime license vs subscription is a question with a clear answer once you know one number: the month in which the annual plan would have cost more than the one-time price. This guide works that number out for all 141 deals in our catalog whose vendor also sells an annual plan, using the prices we checked on each vendor’s own site, and shows when a subscription is still the better choice.
